Introduction

Tech teams do a lot for the church... sometimes with very little recognition, budget, or training! Over the years of traveling and being in church ministry, we have learned a lot about what goes in to making a weekend service run. We believe that tech is another extension of worship and approach this area with excellence, desiring to create atmospheres that point people to Jesus! We have also built amazing relationships with the companies who sell tech equipment and can get equipment through these companies at the lowest cost for your church.

initial consultation

We can help with:

  • Taking Inventory - We can come in and take inventory of what you have including that dreaded closet filled with stuff. If it's old gear, we may have another church that we are working with that could purchase old gear from you. 

  • Upgrading Gear - We can give you three different "tiers" when it comes to upgrades. We will have three pricing options for you to get done what is needed. And we have relationships with dealers that can get you the best pricing. 

  • Fresh Eyes - It really helps to have an unbiased opinion looking at what you're working with - let us be those fresh eyes for you! ​

Audio

Sound/tech services include:

  • Running Sound for your Services - We have a team of amazing techs that can come work alongside your team and mix for a weekend or special service. This is also a great way to have 1-2 of your volunteers shadow us and learn while we mix!

  • PA Tuning - Some of the sound issues you are experiencing in house could be fixed with a simple PA tuning. We can balance your speakers and get your system sounding great! 

  • Patch Lists - This is one of the MOST IMPORTANT things you need to have on hand. A patch list is a pathway from the source (instrument or mic) to the sound board. 

  • Scene Building and Implementation - We can rebuild your show file on the console and train your team on how to navigate around the console. 

  • Multitrack Recording - We can help get multitracks up and running. This is one of the greatest tools you can add to your system. This will allow you to record your Sunday morning services and then play it back when no one is in the room. It's a great tool for training volunteers. ​​

  • Audio Installs - Maybe your room is ready for an upgrade. We can measure the room and find the best system to install at the best price. 

  • Training and On-going Training - Let us do a workshop with your team and train them on the console and system you have. We have worked with many churches and have seen incredible results! ​​​​

livestream

Before a new family walks through the doors of your church, 9 times out of 10, they are going to check out your livestream. Let us help you give a great first impression!

Sound/tech services include:

  • Setting up broadcast mixes - Whether you are mixing through a DAW in another room, or you are just broadcasting your FOH mix, we can make sure you are getting the best quality possible. 

  • Camera Angles - We can ensure that people don't get bored watching your stream, helping to get the best interactive angles and shots possible. There is nothing better than feeling like you are in the room when watching online! 

  • Crowd Mics - THIS IS HUGE! If you aren't using crowd mics, this will be our first suggestion. There is nothing like hearing the congregation singing through the stream. It helps create a deeper connection with your online viewers.

video & Propresenter

Video and Pro-Presenter services include:​

  • Cameras - Let us help train on the cameras you currently have or upgrade you to the ones that will best serve your vision.

  • PTZ Cameras - This type of camera is a great way to get multiple shots without having the "bulk" of a camera station.

  • Pro-Presenter - This is one of the greatest tools for presenting lyrics, slides, and video for a Sunday morning service. It's one of those programs that you can get lost in because it does so much. Let us help get you set up and train your volunteers. We can help with initial set-up, creating templates, connecting Song Select, setting up the confidence monitor, multi-screen layouts, and SO MUCH MORE.

  • Video installation - Let us help install the new cameras and anything else you need related to Video and Pro-Presenter.

  • Dante - This is an amazing tool to run audio over your network. There are endless possibilities!

Band upgrade options

Every church has a different sound when it comes to corporate worship. 

​We know what it takes to achieve that sound from tuning drums properly to having the right "pads" on your keyboard. ​​

Band services include:

  • Drum Tuning - As a drummer myself, I (Andrew) can come in and change the drumheads, clean the drums, and get them properly tuned.

  • Keys Rig - We can help you build a proper keyboard rig and create appropriate sounds for your setting. We can set up Ableton or MainStage and train your players on how to use it.​

  • Guitar Pedals - Guitars are a massive part of that worship sound. Let us train your guitar players and build a "house' pedalboard for your team. 

  • Click and Tracks - A lot of churches are utilizing tracks to help enhance the overall sound of their team. We can help get a simple tracks rig set up for you that won't break the budget. We will also help implement and train your team on how to use them while still being able to "flow" in those spontaneous moments. 

Stage Design 

We have done many different stage designs over the years that don't break the budget. 

Stage design services include:

  • Consultation - Let us work with you to come up with some new designs based on your budget and space.

  • Installation - We can help install the new designs.

  • Christmas Stage Design - Most stage designs happen around Christmas time. We love helping with this!
